One of England's
finest comic actors most famed for being George, Prince of Wales in
Blackadder. Starting off at Cambridge in Footlights he met with Stephen
Fry, Emma Thompson and Tony Slattery. These friendships led to many
partnerships beginning with "Alfresco" and "A Bit of
Fry and Laurie", and most famously as P.G. Wodehouse's gentleman
in TV's "Jeeves and Wooster" with Stephen Fry. His partnership
with Fry continued as regulars on the highly influential 80's comedy
shows "The Young Ones", "Happy Families" and "Saturday
Live". Most recently Hugh has moved to the big screen, starring
in the Hollywood blockbusters "101 Dalmations" and "The
Borrowers". |
