November - An extraordinary piece of set-building created a hall of mirrors as the backdrop for this image of supermodel Shana with a leopard cub. The image was an insurer's dream as cover had to be provided for the animals, Shana herself and the Vivienne Westwood dress which was a unique one_off creation. Concern about Shana's willingness to get close to a leopard were dispelled when it emerged that she in fact kept big cats at her home in the USA and was completely at home with them. Just to ensure the success of the shoot, a fully grown leopard and an alligator were photographed separately in case they needed to be montaged later. Luckily the leopard cub behaved itself.
