Projects: Re-launch of newspaper across all media including Press, Direct Mail, Posters, Bus Advertising and Radio.
Direct Mail to all properties in target area included a packet of Crayola Crayons inferring that this was the only other way to get a colour newspaper without buying the Express & Star.
