No Excuses has been involved in ecommerce in the UK since Powergen
requested the ability to sell its prestigious Calendars online for
charity in 1996.
After using commercially available 'off-the-shelf' software, No
Excuses has spent years developing and refining our own ecommerce
software written in ASP. This already powers the Online photographic
stores at www.reunion-images.com, www.johnstoddart.co.uk and www.theskylibrary.com
and is currently being developed to sell diverse items such as
toiletries and insurance on an international basis. This software has
the benefit of total user-control and Secure Socket Layer transactions
using digital licenses.
Another development is for architectural hardware specialists www.courtyard-accessories.co.uk who sell thousands of original and unusual items of door furniture online. They have total control over their site, of course.
